Most trained responders come to a deployment for several days to several weeks. They are black because that shows the least amount of dirt, but the shirts still get very dirty. It is typical to hand-wash and line-dry them if you do not have enough clean shirts. We recommend three shirts at a minimum, but many responders get six to nine to last them a full week without needing to do laundry.

Our volunteers pull the items, pray over them, and pack the orders into a single package whenever possible. This order is then shipped within 2-3 business days. At times we may be able to rush the item to you upon request. Please reach out to [email protected]

Unfortunately, returns are not free.

As a small non-profit and not an e-commerce giant like amazon, we cannot afford to process return items that do not fit as expected without charging you to ship them again.

You pay for shipping of the original item, you pay shipping for the return shipping, and you pay for shipping on the replacement item.

If an item we send does not match what you ordered, or the product is damaged, we will cover all costs to replace the item.
